MTN Nigeria recently hosted its inaugural “Y’ello Xperience” as part of Global Appreciation Week, aimed at celebrating its employees across all divisions. This event was packed with engaging activities, including meet-and-greet sessions and thought-provoking lectures, designed to appreciate the hard work and dedication of the workforce.
Themed ’Elevate Your Everest: Cultivating Resilience & Grit for Peak Performance’, Y’ello Xperience was designed as a platform for employees to share and uncover valuable insights that will impact their career and personal development goals. The highlight of the event was a keynote speech delivered by Ehibhanre Hanson Isoa, a Sales and Trade Development (Core West). Drawing from his experience, Isoa emphasized the critical role resilience plays in navigating challenges and maintaining momentum toward success, inspiring the audience to keep pushing forward.
The session wrapped up with a panel discussion from other staff in the organization including Michael Adeleye, a Business intelligence Analyst; Nnenna Chijioke-Udeze, Senior Lead, Sales and Trade Development, Awka, and Uchendu Uchendu, a Radio Frequency Optimization Engineer, who provided further perspectives on the theme, followed by an interactive Q&A session where other employees seized the opportunity to share their thoughts.
