MTN Foundation Warns Nigerians on Fake Scholarship Announcement

MTN Nigeria has warned Nigerians to be wary of a viral message it describes as a “fake scholarship announcement” dissociating the company from it.

The fictitious message which is currently making the rounds on social media announces registration for the MTN Foundation scholarship 2020.

A statement received from MTN Foundation enjoins the public to disregard the messages as they are from mischievous entities.

The statement noted further that the Foundation will announce the registration for the scholarship at the appropriate time through publication in National Dailies, the MTN website and on its social media handles.
