Noah’s Ark had a totally unique beginning in 2007 when its blaze the trail by taking over Alicia Virgins (An AAAN agency established in 1996) in an acquisition arrangement and instantly became a full member of the Association of Advertising Agencies of Nigeria (AAAN).

Bolaji Alausa, Executive Creative Director
Abolaji has garnered over about a decade hands-on robust experience in the industry. He graduated from the famous YabaTech and majored in painting. He started his advertising career with Rosabel Leo Burnett in 2006 and had a year stint. In 2007, Alausa moved to Casers group’s DDB Lagos did a five-year stretch with the agency before he moved over to Noah’s Ark in 2011 as Associate Creative Director. His brilliance and exemplary team spirit earned his current executive capacity.
Abolaji has won several national awards, most notably LAIF (Lagos Advertising & Ideas Festival) and the local Young Lions competition in 2009. On the international front: Nigeria’s first Epica and Loeries awards. Thanks to his efforts, Noah’s Ark has become the first Nigerian agency ever to have had its work featured in Lürzer’s Archive.
He is featured in Archive’s 200 Best Illustrators Worldwide 2014. He is currently ranked Archive’s 14th most published creative director in the world.
Victor Oyarero, Executive Business Director
Victor Oyarero as the agency’s Executive Business Director with other top executives ensures the Agency stays in the top league with regards to the size, quality and profitability.
He is a 1999 graduate of the University of Benin with a BSc in Biochemistry. He joined Noah’s Ark as Business Director in 2010 and became a member of the Executive about two years ago.
Earlier, Victor had worked as an Investment Analyst – Advertising, Media and Monitoring with the defunct BankPHB (June 2008 – March 2010) and also as an Account Manager with CentrespreadFCB (July 2007 – May 2008) He also had a brief stay at TBWA\CONCEPT as Snr Account Executive having started his career at SO&U Saatchi & Saatchi in 2003.
